Where it matters...

One of my favorite things about being a Photographer and Retoucher is being able to see peoples reactions to your work. This past week, I got the opportunity to restore an old Military photo for a friend of mines Grandparents. Donna, wasn't sure if she could let me take the photo, however, I reassured her that the original photo would not be altered. She was hesitant, then she said, "Well, you know what? Go ahead, lets do it. We'll do it as a surprise for Rusty." While being out sick from work, I worked on this photo all day. Mainly because I was sick and had nothing else to do. But, mostly, because I wanted to spend as much time on it to make it perfect for the Beal Family. Later that night, I finished the photo and send a before and after via text to Donna. She was ecstatic! Beyond excited to get it printed for all the family! This is the before and after of Master Sargent Olan Francis Beal of Fort Scott, Kansas.
